Legal Costs
A fixed quote for legal fees will be provided in your Letter of Offer. Typically, for a standard loan secured on a single residential property, this will be $2,000 including GST and disbursements.

Satisfactory insurance is a condition of RPM Capital lending. The type of insurance required will depend on the nature of your loan. For standard investment loans, replacement cost insurance is necessary, while builders and developers may need wider insurance coverage, such as contract works, and civil and statutory liability insurance.
